Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves 10 or more

– 1 to 2 bunches of organic Kale
– Olive oil
– Sea Salt

Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees and remove kale from stalk, leaving greens in large pieces. Place a little olive oil in a bowl, and rub a light coat of oil over the kale, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 5 minutes or until it starts to turn a little brown. Keep an eye on it as it can burn quickly. Turn kale over and bake the other side. Remove and serve.

Tip: For added flavor sprinkle with spices such as curry, cumin or seasoning salt before baking.
