We’re nearing the end of our series and you’re getting closer to having what you want. Week 5 is centered around stepping into your dream by imagining yourself in it. This visualization excersize will help you to do just that. To start, you will need 15 minutes to be alone and find the most peaceful place in your environment. Now, focus on taking slow deep breaths. Once you have cleared your mind, it’s time to start envisioning your Dream. See it in vivid detail, notice the colors or smells. Re-create every detail of the life you want to live. Do this once a day, preferably when you wake up in the morning.
