RECIPES || Cool Summer Salad

Here’s a simple summer salad that will keep you cool when it’s hot. Okay, let’s eat!


– 6 leaves of romaine lettuce

– 2 cups kale

– 1 cup carrots

– 1/2 cucumber

– 3 stalks of celery

– 1 avacado

– 1/2 green pepper

– 1/2 red pepper

– 2 cups broccoli

– 1/4 cup Olive oil

– 1 whole lemon

– Sea Salt

– Garlic Powder

– Tumeric Powder

– Cumin Powder

– 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds


– Chop and rinse the lettuce and kale

– Chop and rinse all vegetables

– Add Veggies to lettuce and kale

– Slice avacado on top

– Sprinkle Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Cumin Powder, and Tumeric Powder into salad to taste

– Add pumkin seeds to sald mix


Add lemon juice and olive oil right before you are ready to serve and eat.

One of the keys to changing your eating patterns is momentum. When you eat one healthy meal and you remember how good you feel, you want to maintain that feeling by eating another. So, start the ball rolling today and see how quickly you gain momentum!
