RECIPES || Maple-Dijon Vinagrette

Let’s face it… salad dressings can have alot of hidden calories. Here’s an amazing dressing recipe for an unforgettable salad! Ok…let’s eat!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

– 1 tbsp. dijon mustard

– 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar

– 1/2 c. maple syrup

– 1 c. olive oil

-a couple pinches of sea salt

Blend first 4 ingredients in a food processor or stir with a whisk. Slowly add oil while mixing to emulsify.


Dress your salad when you’re serving it to preserve freshness.
