RECIPES || Mango-Blueberry Sorbet

This delicious sorbet is a guilt-free sensation that promises to fill your mouth with joy! The goal is to satisfy both your mind and body while also enjoying a sweet, indulgent treat. Here’s a healthy twist on a dessert that your whole family will love. Ok, lets eat!

*Buying organic is filled with flavor and pesticide-free*

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves 6

– 1 cup frozen, organic mango
– 1 cup frozen, organic blueberries
– 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
– 1/4 cup organic, cold-pressed apple juice

Place all of the ingredients into a blender or vita-mix, blend until creamy (about 1 minute), You may have to scrape the sides of the machine down a few times if using a regular blender. Serve immediately, store remaining mixture in the freezer, in a sealed container to enjoy later.

Tip: You can also make the sorbet into a smoothie meal. Just blend fruit of choice, fresh or frozen, one scoop of your favorite protein powder (preferably organic with limited ingredients), and 1/2 a cup of water (or preferred liquid).
